Claudio is an Adjunct Professor at the Industrial Engineering Department of the University of Chile. He holds a B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Federico Santa María University and an MBA from the University of Chile (internship ESADE - Barcelona). Finally, he holds a Master in Political Studies from Los Andes University. His academic interests are focused on strategic management, corporate governance and digital transformation, specialized in retailing and public management. Actually, he is Managing Partner in CIS Consultores (a firm with more than 45 years of experience in strategic consulting) and a Board Member in private companies and NGOs (Educación 2020 and Late). Claudio writes monthly opinion columns in El Mercurio, is also a panelist in a radio broadcast program in Digital Transformation and appears frequently in TV news programs covering issues in retailing and ecommerce.
