Guest should send this information to ask for the reservation.
Communicate that is going to participate of the Conference to have the special rates.
Name and Last Name.
Passport Number or RUT.
Nacionality.
Check in and Check out dates.
Flight number and arriving and departures hours, also Airplane Company.
Number and expiration date of a Credit Card. This information is used only as a guarantee because the payment will be done when they leave the Hotel (in dollars, check or another credit card). The cancellation of the reservations must be done 72 Hours before the Check In date. If you don´t cancel the reservation "Hotelera Los Nogales" can charge one night to the Credit Card that guarantees the reservation.
Please inform us if you need transfer from the Airport to the Hotel and back ($11.000 / USD $18). This rate must be paid direct to the taxi driver.
