About the Conference
The workshop offers both practitioners and the academic community the opportunity to share the latest ideas in the application of Management Science practice to concrete operational problems in the service and manufacturing industries. The objective of the workshop is to stimulate the discussion on real-world business issues with high technical and academic content.

The conference features plenary conferences and two parallel tracks that combine technical presentations and discussions on relevant operations management challenges. Speakers will be allocated 30 minutes for their presentations plus 10 minutes for Q&A. A short break will follow each session.

The conference will be held in the Engineering School, University of Chile (Beauchef 850, Santiago, Chile). The official language will be English.
