Daniel Espinoza's Home Page

I am a professor at Departamento de Ingenieria Industrial, in the Facultad de Ciencias Fisicas y Matematicas of the Universidad de Chile in Santiago, Chile.

I receive my Ph.D. from the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology March 2006. My Ph.D. Advisor was professor William J. Cook and we are working in a number of problems related to the Traveling Salesman Problem and general Mixed Integer Linear Problems.

Other specific research topics include:

• Cutting planes for general MIP
• Cutting planes for precedence constrained knapsacks
• Solving LP/MIP with infinite precission

I have also been working in several applied problems together with a number of people. These topics include:
